I've done some calculations and found that I lose one night's sleep every five working days, since I started working. It gets worse: I need ten hours of sleep per night to be well rested. Whoever said eight hours was enough can eat a sock. *chuckle* Eat a sock... I always amuse myself.
By the time I get home, I have two hours of free time to shower and eat. Then I do a little bit of emailing, social networking, queuing files for download and by 10pm, I should be in bed to get ten hours of sleep. You know how it works. You tell yourself what time you should be in bed but you're never in bed when you should be.
It's 12am now. I should have been in bed two hours ago.
