Recipe for Fried Chicken Ass

Subject: RECIPE FOR GINGER CHICKEN SOUP


Sean,

here's the recipe , if you want, you can add in mushrooms to give the bulk.
If for bigger portion just add according lor.


Ingredient :

Chicken drumstick – 2 pc cut into small pieces

Egg 1 – beaten and fried, cut in rectangular pieces of abt 2cm x 4cm

Ginger – 50cm cut into thin slices

Garlic – 4-5 cloves smashed or chopped fine

Oil for frying

Water – 2 bowls

Chicken stock granules – 1 teaspoons

Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Sprinkles of aji-no-moto to enhance the taste(optional)

Sesame oil for flavor

Brandy abt 1 tablespoon for flavor

Note : you can add in other ingredients like mushrooms to give the bulk.


Method:

1) Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil and fry omelette and cut in rectangular pcs of abt 2cm x 4cm (u can cut with the wok-spade) then put aside.

2) Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil into wok, when oil is hot add garlic and ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant.

3) Add the chicken meat and fry for abt 2 min, then add in the water and put to boil for approx. 5-8 min or until chicken is cooked, then put in the prefried omelet into the soup.

4) Add salt and chicken stock granules to taste.

5) Lastly, pour in the brandy and few drops of sesame oil, (if you can add ‘dang gui’ a Chinese herbs which gives a very nice aroma)

Ingredient :

Ass – 2 cheeks no need to cut into small pieces. The fresher the better.

Ginger – 50cm cut into thin slices

Garlic – 4-5 cloves smashed or chopped fine

Oil for frying

Water – 4 spoons

Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Starch - 1 teaspoon

Oyster Sauce - 2 spoons

Sprinkles of aji-no-moto to enhance the taste(optional)

Note : you can add in other ingredients like stuffing in the A-hole to give the bulk.


Method:
1) Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil into pan, when oil is hot add garlic and ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant.

2) Pull down pants and sit on pan.

3) Mix starch, water and oyster sauce and pour into pan.

4) Add salt to taste.

dont make sense lah..but im trying to cook it now..with 5 cm of ginger

for 2 bowl water,5cm ginger enough la, too much will make the soup a little bitter, unless you like to eat ginger
