Iay dayid aay Lay'Oréal aayd iayn caylass

I did an ad on a L'Oréal product for class the other day.

Instead of the traditional white or bright background that L'Oréal sometimes uses, I opted for a stark contrast.

And then I wanted to keep everything really simple; less text.

The tone of the ad is kind of encouraging. A beacon of hope and sorts.

L'Oréal ads usually include a close up of the model/spokesperson; like... SMACK! BAM! WHAM! and there's Milla Jovovich's pretty face.

So, I went for 9 faces; the 9 faces of Lindsay Lohan.

And here it is.

No, not this piece of shit.

That's the original ad I handed up by the way.

.

DO NOT JUDGE ME (handwriting)!

We had to finish it in 20 minutes ma.

This is the ad after photoshopping.

Much more presentable eh?

And I just love how it turned out.

*kemBANG*

Iay dayid aay Lay'Oréal aayd iayn caylass means...

"I did a L'Oréal ad in class".

Try not to use fonts that are not so readable ..you're "dont be afraid to express yourself" is one good example.ur photos speak for you..you've got an option to get rid of the " dont be afraid to express yourself". anyway it's only a piece of an advice .

"Try not to use fonts that are not so readable"

Yeah... but somehow, it felt like it HAD TO BE cursive.. haha

"you've got an option to get rid of the " dont be afraid to express yourself"

Really? It's working as a headline wor.

i like it.

i'd prefer "don't be afraid to express yourself" in actual human writing (like your original but cursive) instead of the default computer cursive font.

Miss Tacky News:

Thanks. I think I see your point in having the headline hadnwritten... A handwriting is expressive. Right? Haha..
