Abandonment issues

Does abandoning a blog say something about your character?

Maybe not consciously but subconsciously.

Unstable? undependable? Irresponsible? Lost?

E.g. I can't give you a pet because there is a possibility you might abandon it. And 'abandon' doesn't even have to mean you discard your pet, but leaving it in the house, yet not giving it the attention it deserves. Feeding it only to keep it alive.

Just like how personality tests say things about you.
You pick chocolate chip ice cream; you're charming in social situations, ambitious and competent. Strawberry ice cream; emotionally robust, sceptical, detail-oriented, opinionated, introverted and self-critical.

Look at all those blogs on the Internet. Some have only one post, some only having a week's worth of entries.

Sometimes it's a let down because the address you really-wanted-more-than-anything-else-in-the-whole-wide-world-even-a-cute-helpless-puppy is taken by that deserted page on the Interweb.

It sucks even more, when you want someone to keep it updated (because the blog is one of the ways you can keep yourself up to date with them) and they only do a few entries. After that, it's *fffptt*, wipe out, gone, dunzo, capoot, strike and you're out.

I mean, networking isn't one of my best skills. Sometimes I get an SMS from so and so, I reply and we chat a little, but I don't really go looking for people to go out with. Desperately.
So blogs are really one of the few ways I keep in touch.

Look at GZ and I, we are doing SO well.

I'm straying. Anyway, the whole point is that I'm not finding people who have the same interests as I have.

I've said this before.

So I say again.

I think I'm having a friendship crisis.

I love my friends...

... and college life is dull.

and peace the spork out to the little fishy who died 2 days ago.

As far as I know, it wasn't named.

Mr. Fishy shall be known as Hector, if it was a guy and Melon, if it was a girl.

You have been served!

Not you're doing well... WE are doing well.

At least we keep in touch through our blogs right?

At least I have some idea of what you're doing and all.
